Drop 2 voicings on middle strings

Concept

A 'drop 2' voicing takes a 4-note close-position chord and drops the second-highest note down an octave. On guitar, this gives compact 4-note shapes on strings 2-3-4-5 (D-G-B-E or A-D-G-B). They're the workhorse of jazz comping.
